How Is Scanning Done?
A thin, pen-shaped scanning tip is moved around inside the mouth, optically scanning the surface of the teeth and tissues. The captured images are converted into a 3D model on screen within seconds. The process requires no anesthesia or needles and is usually completed within a few minutes.
